Can a broker be in multiple agencies?
Yes. Brokers have a personal workspace that they keep forever. Joining an agency is a switchable second context — same login, separate data.
How does the lead pool work?
Inbound leads land in the agency inbox. Any member can claim, return to pool, or transfer. Routing rules (by source, location, listing match) can auto-assign before manual review.
What about my existing CRM data?
Each member brings their own listings from personal workspace via Transfer. Bulk import from CSV/MLS is available — contact support for enterprise migrations.
