What does Agency Start include?
Up to 5 brokers (shared seat pool), lead pool with routing, agency wallet, basic reports, public brand page, and the full AI tool suite for every member. $149/month — or $1,490/year (2 months free). No setup fee. Growth and Scale plans add more seats and quotas.
Can a broker be in multiple agencies?
Yes. Brokers have a personal workspace they keep forever. Joining an agency is a switchable second context — same login, separate data.
How does the lead pool work?
Inbound leads land in the agency inbox. Any member can claim, return to pool, or transfer. Routing rules (by source, location, listing match) can auto-assign before manual review.
How do commission splits work?
Set a default split per agency. When a deal is approved, the agency share, agent share and platform fee are credited to each wallet automatically — no manual transfers.
Is GREM available in my country?
GREM is a global platform used by agencies across many countries. Currency, taxes and legal templates adapt automatically to your market.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your cabinet, no questions asked. Your data stays read-only for 90 days for export. No refunds for partial months.
